Upon completion of a detox, you’d feel like a new man through and through. It is the kind of thing you do and now wonder if you shouldn’t have been done with it a lot earlier. A detox is a diet, but not like the regular dieting you do where you starve yourself to look skinnier. The real word is ‘detoxification’, meaning that you are through it ridding your body of toxins that are unneeded. That’s how come it is so good for you.

I could list off all kinds of detox diet programs that I know in the United States today, and I wouldn't have enough toes and fingers to count them all. And that would be just the popular ones. You need a detox diet, just open your eyes.
